Machine Washable:

For a deeper refresh, place your rug in the washing machine at 30°C on a gentle cycle. Avoid using bleach or harsh chemicals.

Drying:

Air-dry flat and keep away from direct heat sources. Do not tumble dry. Please note, due to the high cotton content, your rug may naturally shrink up to 4.5% after the first wash.

Returns Policy

All rugs must be unused, in their original packaging, and in re-saleable condition. To start a return, simply visit our Return Portal, and we’ll provide full instructions and the correct label for your rug. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting your item.
