These Terms and Conditions govern all purchases made through artyrugs.co.uk. Nexgen Brands Limited is the legal entity responsible for all sales, fulfilment, and customer support relating to orders placed on this website.

3. Placing an Order

3.1 How Orders Are Placed

By clicking the "Place Order" or equivalent button, you are making a legally binding offer to purchase the selected items subject to these Terms.

3.2 Order Confirmation

Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email to the address you provided at checkout. This email confirms that we have received your order but does not constitute acceptance of your offer. A binding contract between you and Nexgen Brands Limited is formed only when we dispatch your order and send you a dispatch confirmation email.

3.3 Order Acceptance and Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases involving:

• Products being unavailable or out of stock
• Errors in product descriptions, images, or pricing
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Failure to obtain payment authorisation

If we cancel your order after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund within 14 days to your original payment method.

3.4 Your Obligations as a Buyer

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You are a consumer purchasing for personal, non-commercial use
• The personal and payment details you have provided are accurate and complete
• You are legally authorised to use the payment method submitted

4. Payment Terms

4.2 When Payment Is Taken

Payment is taken in full at the time of checkout. By submitting your order, you authorise us to charge the full order amount to your selected payment method. No goods will be dispatched prior to successful payment authorisation.

4.3 Currency

All prices on artyrugs.co.uk are displayed and charged in Pounds Sterling (GBP). If your payment card is denominated in another currency, your card issuer may apply a conversion rate and/or additional fees, for which we are not responsible.

4.4 Secure Payments

All transactions on artyrugs.co.uk are processed through a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We do not store your full card details on our servers. The padlock icon visible in your browser confirms that your connection is encrypted via SSL.

4.5 Third-Party Payment Processors

Payments on artyrugs.co.uk are processed by third-party payment providers. We are not responsible for errors, failures, or charges arising from those processors. In the event of a failed or declined transaction, responsibility for resolving the issue lies with the customer and their payment provider. We reserve the right to cancel orders where payment has failed or been declined.

4.6 Buy Now Pay Later — Klarna

We may offer Klarna "Pay in 3" or "Pay in 30 days" as a payment option at checkout. Please note the following:

• Klarna's Buy Now Pay Later products are not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA)
• Eligibility is subject to Klarna's own credit assessment and terms and conditions
• By selecting a Klarna payment option, you are entering into a separate agreement with Klarna directly
• artyrugs and Nexgen Brands Limited are not responsible for any Klarna credit decisions, charges, or disputes arising from Klarna's services

5. Pricing and VAT

5.1 Product Pricing

All prices displayed on artyrugs.co.uk are in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of UK Value Added Tax (VAT) at the prevailing rate. Delivery within the UK is free. The total payable, including VAT, will be shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order.

5.2 Pricing Errors

We take reasonable care to ensure that all prices displayed on our website are correct. However, errors may occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing error after you have placed an order, we will contact you as soon as reasonably practicable. You will have the option to:

• Proceed with the order at the correct price
• Cancel the order and receive a full refund

We are under no obligation to fulfil an order at an incorrect price.

5.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and dispatched.

5.4 Promotional Discounts

From time to time we may offer promotional discounts or coupon codes. These are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, including eligibility, expiry dates, and exclusions, which will be communicated at the point of promotion. Promotional codes cannot be applied retrospectively to completed orders.

6. Delivery

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. Orders placed to non-UK addresses may be cancelled and refunded in full.

Delivery timelines are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers or circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to adverse weather, postal strikes, or carrier disruption.
Orders are delivered within 2–4 business days (free UK delivery).

7. Returns and Refunds

7.1 Change-of-Mind Returns

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided the following conditions are met:

• The item is in re-saleable condition
• The item is in its original packaging with all labels intact
• The item is unused and undamaged

Return postage fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from your refund as follows:

To initiate a return, please use our Return Portal at artyrugs.co.uk. You will receive full return instructions and the correct return label.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item, to your original payment method.

7.2 Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, you must report this within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@artyrugs.co.uk with your order number and clear photographic evidence.

An item is considered faulty if it:

• Has manufacturing defects
• Arrives torn, ripped, stained, or damaged in transit
• Differs significantly from the advertised pattern or size
• Fails reasonable durability or quality standards

The following do not constitute a fault:

• Normal variations in colour or texture due to the nature of textile materials
• Minor packaging wear that does not affect the rug itself
• Damage resulting from improper use, handling, or installation after delivery

For confirmed faulty or damaged items, we will offer you the choice of:

• A free replacement, or
• A full refund, including all return shipping costs

Faulty or damaged items are not subject to return fees. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

7.3 How to Initiate a Return

All returns — whether change-of-mind or faulty — must be initiated through our Return Portal. Do not send items back without first receiving a return authorisation and label, as unauthorised returns may not be processed.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Our Liability to You

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for:

• Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
• Any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable UK law
• Your statutory consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015

8.2 Limitation

Subject to clause 8.1, and to the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Nexgen Brands Limited's total liability to you arising out of or in connection with any order shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the relevant order.

We are not liable for any loss or damage that is:

• Indirect or consequential
• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings
• Loss of data or business opportunity
• Caused by events outside our reasonable control

8.3 Website Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and pricing on artyrugs.co.uk are accurate. However, product colours may vary slightly from those shown on screen due to differences in display settings. Product images are for illustrative purposes only.

All content on artyrugs.co.uk, including but not limited to product images, descriptions, logos, graphics, page layouts, and written content, is the property of Nexgen Brands Limited or its licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright and intellectual property laws.

The artyrugs name and logo are trading assets of Nexgen Brands Limited. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

10. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

10.1 How to Raise a Complaint

We are committed to providing a high standard of customer service. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your order or experience with artyrugs, please contact us using the details below and we will do our best to resolve the matter promptly.

We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 1 business day and to provide a full response or resolution within 5 business days.

10.2 Alternative Dispute Resolution

If we are unable to resolve a complaint to your satisfaction, you may refer the matter to an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider or, if the dispute relates to an online transaction, use the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform provided by the European Commission at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

11. Promotional Offers & Discount Codes

11.1 25% Off Welcome Discount

The 25% Welcome Discount is available exclusively to new customers who subscribe to the artyrugs email newsletter. Upon successful signup, a unique discount code will be sent to the email address provided. To redeem the offer, the code must be entered at checkout. The discount code is valid for one-time use per customer only.

11.2 Exclusions

This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional codes, bundle offers, or automatic discounts. The 25% discount does not apply to clearance items, gift card purchases, shipping charges, or return postage fees.

11.3 Changes and Expiry

artyrugs reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw the Welcome Discount promotion, or amend these terms, at any time without prior notice.
