  • Shipping Locations: United Kingdom only. Orders to non-UK addresses may be cancelled.

  • Tracking: Email confirmation with tracking will be sent once your order is dispatched.

Products are delivered to your door, reception, mailroom, or designated carrier location. Customers must ensure large or bulky rugs can be delivered safely.      

We are not liable for courier delays outside our control.    

   

Returns

   

We hope you love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your rug within 30 days of receiving it.      

This returns policy operates in addition to your legal rights under UK consumer law. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.    

   

Return Fees

   

Customers are responsible for return postage costs for change-of-mind returns. Return fees are deducted from the refund amount unless the item is faulty or damaged.

How to Start a Return

   

To initiate a return, please go to our Return Portal . We will provide you with return instructions and the appropriate return label based on your rug's size.    

   

Return Conditions

   

To qualify for a refund, returned items must meet the conditions listed under Eligibility for Refund. Items that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted.    

   

Return Policy

   

Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. All returned items are carefully inspected upon arrival. Rugs must be in satisfactory, re-saleable condition, which includes:    

   
         
  • Original packaging and labelling intact
    •      
  • No visible signs of use, wear, or damage
    •    
   

If your return is approved, refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the item, minus any applicable return fee.    

   

Eligibility for Refund

   

Customers may inspect the rug to the extent necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and condition. Any use beyond what is reasonably required for inspection may result in a deduction from the refund, as permitted under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.      

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be:    

   
         
  • In satisfactory, re-saleable condition

  • In its original packaging
    •      
  • With all original labels attached
    •      
  • Unused and undamaged
    •      
  • Return initiated within 30 days window

Items Not Eligible for Refund

   

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for items that are:    

   
         
  • Damaged, used, or show signs of wear
    •      
  • Missing original labels
    •      
  • Not returned in original packaging
    •      
  • Not the correct item (e.g., mistaken or unrelated items)
    •    
   

Faulty or Damaged Items

   

If your rug arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@artyrugs.co.uk with:    

   
         
  • Your order number
    •      
  • Photos clearly showing the damage or defect
    •    
   

What counts as a faulty or damaged item?

   

An item is considered faulty or damaged if:    

   
         
  • Have manufacturing defects
    •      
  • Arrive torn, ripped, stained, or damaged in transit
    •      
  • Differ significantly from advertised pattern and size
    •      
  • Fail reasonable durability or quality standards
    •    
   

Faulty items are not subject to return fees.      

Remedies include free replacement or full refund (including shipping).    

   

What does not count as faulty?

   

The item is not considered faulty if:    

   
         
  • Normal variations in colour or texture occur due to the nature of textile materials
    •      
  • There is minor packaging wear that does not affect the rug itself
    •      
  • Damage results from improper use, handling, or installation after delivery
    •    
   

Once verified, we will offer you the choice of:    

   
         
  • A free replacement, or
    •      
  • A full refund, including all return shipping costs
    •    
   

Faulty or damaged items are not subject to return fees, and your statutory rights are not affected.    

   

Refunds

   
         
  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting your returned item.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
    •      
  • The applicable return fee (unless the item is faulty) will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • You will be notified by email once your refund has been processed.

Returns After 30 Days

   

If more than 30 days have passed since delivery but you believe you still qualify for a return (e.g., defective item), please contact our support team at support@artyrugs.co.uk.    

   

Important Note on Returns and Correspondence

   

Please do not send returns, letters, or any correspondence to our registered office address.Any items or communications sent there will not be processed. Returns must be initiated through the instructions provided on our website.
