Shipping Policy

Please review our shipping information carefully before placing an order.

  • Shipping Locations: United Kingdom only. Orders to non-UK addresses may be cancelled.

  • Shipping Costs: Free UK delivery on all orders.

  • Delivery Timeline: 2-4 business days.

  • Couriers: All orders are securely delivered via DPD Next Day or Royal Mail.

  • Tracking : An email confirmation with your tracking number will be sent once your order is dispatched.

  • Delivery Issues: Contact support@artyrugs.co.uk. for delays. We are not liable for courier delays outside our control.

Returns Policy

We hope you love your purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, you may return your rug within 30 days of receiving it. This returns policy operates in addition to your legal rights under UK consumer law.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please go to our Return Portal. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return label based on your rug's size.

Return Conditions

Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in satisfactory, re-saleable condition, meaning original packaging and labelling are intact, with no visible signs of use, wear, or damage.

Return Fees

Customers are responsible for return postage costs for change-of-mind returns. Fees are deducted from the refund amount:

Medium (122x170cm, 152x213cm) £7
Small (60x110cm, 60x180cm, 60x240cm, 80x150cm) £5

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, you must report this within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@artyrugs.co.uk with your order number and clear photographic evidence.

An item is considered faulty if it:

  • Has manufacturing defects
  • Arrives torn, ripped, stained, or damaged in transit
  • Differs significantly from the advertised pattern or size
  • Fails reasonable durability or quality standards

The following do not constitute a fault:

  • Normal variations in colour or texture due to the nature of textile materials
  • Minor packaging wear that does not affect the rug itself
  • Damage resulting from improper use, handling, or installation after delivery

For confirmed faulty or damaged items, we will offer you the choice of:

  • A free replacement, or
  • A full refund, including all return shipping costs

Faulty or damaged items are not subject to return fees. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

How to Initiate a Return

All returns, whether change-of-mind or faulty, must be initiated through our Return Portal. Do not send items back without first receiving a return authorisation and label, as unauthorised returns may not be processed.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting your returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
